Surveys are a great way to interact with your audience and can be a great method of collecting useful data for your company. 

Following the instructions below to create a survey questions and display the results.

Block options

Once a user has submitted there answer they will get to see the current statistics as a pie chart.

Question - Enter your questions here
Open to all site visitors - this lets you limit the survey to only registered members of your site. This is useful for intranet set ups or private networks.
Options - this is the list of possible answers.
The trashcan removes an answer, and Add Option at the bottom lets you create new options.
